What is your return or refund policy?

All of our orders are custom printed specifically for you from your files. Therefore, there are no refunds on orders unless a print is damaged during shipment. If for any reason a print does not live up to your expectations, please contact us ASAP so that we can re-print it to your liking. We must be notified within one week of delivery of your print(s) of any issues for a re-print to be sent.

We are able to re-print a single order a maximum of two times. If for any reason none of the three prints are acceptable to you, there is most likely an issue with your file or color settings and we will need you to correct the file and submit a new order.

Note that we are not able to re-print orders with size or placement issues that are placed with our Order Wizard as you have accepted the layout in the wizard (there is an option to download a proof of the layout). It’s important you read all of the prompts and explanations in the wizard as it explains sizing and aspect issues and then shows a proof and thumbnail of your layout before you place the order. If you see white space around your image in the wizard, that white space will be part of the print you receive, and this is explained in multiple areas of the wizard along with suggestions on how to re-size and avoid white space.

We are also unable to offer reprints placed with the Advanced Order as this order method is for experienced customers with large files or other needs that are certain their uploaded files match the sizes being ordered.
