The Title says it all. The backlit film came out exactly as I expected. Amazing quality at more than a fair price and it arrived really fast. I could not ask for more than that.
Was searching for clear adhesive film and this is what popped up. It is not that. Was informed by customer service bluntly that the description of the product is accurate and I got what I ordered. Certainly not clear!…however…It’s not translucent(as the description states)…it’s opaque. I won’t be ordering again.

So sorry that you didn’t read the description of the media before you ordered it, and also not sure where you would have been led to believe it’s clear. As stated in your review, you are 100% right, backlit film IS white, as it is also described this way on our site with sample pictures so that you’ll know what you’re getting before ordering.
We do have a ‘clear transparency film’ but that isn’t what you ordered. You ordered adhesive backlit film, and it is opaque and translucent (as described on it’s media page on our site). It’s never listed as clear. Make sure you’ve removed the adhesive back liner for the light to show through, and when you do, you’ll see it fits the very definition of translucent, which means “light will shine through.” Thank you!
